Hosted Pilot Terms

Last updated: July 2026

1. Pilot Nature

The Obliga hosted pilot is an early-stage research and development phase. Access is by invitation only. By participating, you acknowledge that the software is provided "as is" and may be subject to changes, downtime, or bugs.

2. Scope of Use

The first version of the pilot is focused on tracking blocked client work and preparing communication drafts. It is not intended as a replacement for professional accounting software or legal advice.

3. Secure Upload Links

The hosted pilot supports file uploads only through a specific secure upload link created by the practice from within a blocked case. Users and clients should not send files outside that flow if they expect them to be handled by Obliga.

This is an early, case-scoped upload workflow. It is not a general document-management system, OCR service, client portal, or automated filing tool.

4. Human Review

All outputs generated by the pilot, including chase drafts and checklists, must be reviewed and approved by a qualified professional before being sent to clients.

5. Feedback

Participants are encouraged to provide honest feedback to help shape the final product. This data will be used to improve the tool for the wider UK accountancy community.
